LANXESS listed as Top 500 Enterprises for Corporate Social Responsibility in China

    March 30, 2015, Beijing/Shanghai Specialty chemicals company LANXESS was ranked 130 in 2014 China’s Top 500 Enterprises for Corporate Social Responsibility.


    The Top 500 Enterprises for Corporate Social Responsibility in China was released by China Enterprise Evaluation Association (CEEA) and School of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University, for the first time on March 27 in Beijing Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. More than 1,600 enterprises including "Fortune" 500, China’s Top 500 Chinese enterprises, China's Top 500 private enterprises as well as other selected companies were investigated and evaluated while 500 best performing enterprises were short-listed based on China Corporate Social Responsibility Evaluation Standard, which was the first comprehensive CSR evaluation system in China and issued by CEEA and Tsinghua University in June 2014 to provide standards for Chinese enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility and enhance exchanges among companies in this area.




China Enterprise Evaluation Association, founded in 1992 and affiliated with the Development Research Center of the State Council, is the only legal body of commonalty organization in China which has been registered in the Ministry of Civil Affairs. The organization specializes in the national corporate evaluation, research and consultation.
